We understand that plans can change! To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here are our policies:
🎮 Standard Reservations: If you booked a room for friends or family, you can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment to receive a 100% refund of your payment. 💸✅
🎉 Group Events (Birthdays, Corporate, or School Trips): Since these events require more complex logistics, cancellations or changes must be made at least 1 week in advance. 🏢🎈
🚨 Important Note: If you cancel or reschedule a group event with less than a week’s notice, a $75.00 USD rebooking/cancellation fee will apply.
